I have updated my script. After the update when I whant to change the template css, they didn't show it on the website.

what you are describing has nothing to do with the upgrade.

See that you upload the correct saved css file, and clear your browser cache.

It's not working. When I upload new logo it works directly. But witch changing css files it takes +-30 min when I can see the changes on the website.

You may have static file caching on the server, your browser may clear cache hard.
Have you cleaned cache in the browser (not in PHPVibe, there is no cache on the static files)?
If the change happens (even a week after) it has nothing to do with code this delay.
