Hi,

is this a vps/dedicated or shared?

- If it's vps/dedicated, add ioncube from your list of modules , for cpanel you can see a bit here on the subject http://www.phpvibe.com/choosing-a-server-for-phpvibe/
- if it's shared, ask your hoster to enable ioncube loaders 4.4 or newer (they should not have a problem with this)

Hi

i ran the http://www.ioncube.com/loader-wizard/loader-installer.zip and it sucessfully installed everything, not the latest version.
I use a shared servern and my provider had ioncube installed.

Im not really sure what to do next, i got still a blank page at http://www.url.com/moderator/

Could it be some problems with the htacess file? I can provide rights to the server if u want to check whats wrong.

best regards Andreas

Not really, just ioncube or php version can create a blank page.
What php version you have?

Hi

I thinks its PHP version "5.5.7"

What patch is it? Re-download PHPVibe in full and overwrite your moderator/index.php with the one from this pack and let me know if it's the same problem.
If it's not fixed, than it's clearly an ioncube issue.

this is the right version 5.5.17-2 , sorry.

So, did you did what I asked you to do?

Hi! Make sure you install ioncube correctly, cause right now the server doesn't see it, you also need to restart httpd, does it show in phpinfo()  [http://php.net/manual/en/function.phpinfo.php]?

Or switch your hosting to one that has all the requirements.
