[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] ioncube issue with 3.6?

were the files for 3.6 encoded with ioncube for php 5.5?
can we use the old moderator file for this like in 3.5?

You can.
There is no encoder for 5.5  on ioncube's online encoder, we did add an few extra index files encoded for 3.4 (check in moderator)
