I downloaded the file from get.phpvibe.com.

I see these 2 folers here - Beta Release and Update.
What's the difference? And what shall i use for more stable website?

Both are beta and same thing, exception is in /Update it doesn't contain some folders and files (like config) so you can just go ahead and upload that over a 3.6 version without having to save files.
