Seems like all the Video CMS software scripts I've looked at has required Linux/Unix webservers.  But the problem is, our developers are only using Windows and Macs.  We need a video CMS that will work for our developers. 

Will PHPVibe work on Windows (WAMP) and/or Mac (MAMP) Servers?

Hi! We have never tested it, so the best answer would be no.
PHP is primarily for Linux.

I would really like to give PhpVibe a chance.   Does phpvibe require a CBI-bin directory or perl?   Or does it run strictly with php code?   if so, then its possible phpVibe will work on a Windows/MacOS server.

if it would help I could install on iis 7.5 server (sv2008r2)  here this week, however where this is internal only network (.local tld) I would have license issue.
not sure if thats an issue or not, let me know.
really the only issue I would expect would be sql driver, but if allowed to run mysql on the windows box thats not issue.

Dmacleo, please try on windows server.  I have many websites that runs on both Windows server and Mac OS server that uses Php and MySql.  It's very possible phpvibe can work on these servers too. 

Although I don't use IIS. I have apache web server installed on both servers.

I need to see if its ok licensewise to do so, no reachable domain so I can't just install like normal.

When I run the phpvibetester.php file, the script says I need to install the IonCube Loader.   How important is the IonCube Loader to get PhpVibe to work on windows?   Because I'm not able to install the IonCube Loader due to installation errors with their installation package.

well, first and the biggest is that apache is needed, so, how the f can i make the apache and iis serv, running on the same time.... Then would be several others, i mean half of the project that im running is on iis 7 and the other *(this video script) would be php and whats involved... So im really confused... If anyone around did this configuration please let me know how...
