I have phpvibe 4.0 with mod_rewrite enable .htaccess file and ioncube 5.0

But when I go to moderator admin panel I get a blank white page.

Who can help me?

please first the all check all your uploaded files in admin panel o check the index.php file.

my opinion is to check your user permissions, 644 is good.
