Hi Phpvibe

when i upload a video and the upload is done if i click save the video right away it will be saved and i get a message saying my video will available on this link which is great  check picture 1.

but if i wait a little bit 5 minutes or 20 or more let's say i went to bring something  and came back i will find my video ready to be saved so click save but i don't get that message to tell me my video will be available on this link check picture n 2  even its the same video ?

and when i go to my hosting file media ill find the file successfully uploaded it's in there but not appearing in the website ?
this is not good and annoying  for members they may bombard the website with thousands of videos and saturate the disk space  and there is no way how do we know which files so we can remove them manually we may delete working videos mistakenly
any help please
thanks .

Hi! I can't make anything of what you are saying. Support will resume after 31 August, after our vacation.
Please rewrite this in more understandable ways.

The same issue we face on our website. When we upload a video of 8 minutes or more, the uploading process is completed but when we click on save button , the video disappears. We cannot find it either at hosting or at website. We also do not receive message that your video is being converted. After clicking on save button, the uploading page is reloaded and there is no video at all.

This is a serious issue for those who want to upload videos of 50 or 60 minutes. Please help

thx

Has this been corrected? I have been experiencing this bug too. However, I don't have to wait for it to not work. If I click "save" as soon as it finishes uploading it still disappears.
The extension of the videos were all mp4 if that helps, however I have uploaded mp4's before and since without problems.
