iv_load_policy=3 is not disabling Youtubes most annoying feature "annotations" >:( any suggestions?

I think they don't want, there are some solutions on the web (didn't test any) http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15643785/remove-youtube-annotation-using-iv-load-policy-3
