The administrator account and password that have been created during the installation process. However, the login cannot be made. The account or password is incorrect. No users are found in the database. What is the problem? Prompt during user registration: REGISTRATION DISABLED: MISSING RECAPTCHA KEY

I can't help if you are not specific of the issue.
This should go to support. But, to avoid multiple-questions:

- Check that the database installed good
- Try to create a new admin in setup (you are not limited to 1). Does it work? If not, what is the error in the server's error log?
