I cant change User and Video-Settings

1. When I try to change User-Settings, PhPvibe do not open Settings-Page.
2. When I try to change Video-Settings, PhPvibe do not change anything.
3. PhPvibe do not updating Video-Views at CMS-Dashboard (Backend).

How I can fix it?

You need to give some host details and errors from the error log for this one.
