PhpVibe v5 Permanently delete videos

Hello. I have a problem: when i permanently delete a video from the Unpublished section the file is not removed from server. it remains on media folder.
Also if a file has uppercase letters on upload (ex: MP4), the file is not shown on Rawmedia Explorer. the extension must be with lowercase letters (ex:mp4). Thaks!
