This is not an error, this is  your fault,

You have to change the

RewriteBase /

Open htaccess

Code Select 
RewriteBase /


Replace with:
Code Select 
RewriteBase /phpvibe


Why editing?

Because you are try to install this on subfolder, and htaccess must be edit to point the directory in right direction.
