Is it possible to switch from phpmelody script to phpvibe but keep all videos, members and so on?
If so how hard would that be and what would i have to do?

Hi! No, sorry, nothing easy, totally different system.
Not sure how the phpmelody database looks like to advice on how hard it would be, but it would require some good sql skills.
