I already check my hosting provider with the "tester files" and it says that is ok, "congratulations" then,  my uploaded video files are always waiting for processed, back later..

here I send my screen captures, is there any error on my settings?

Hi, the tester has an ffmpeg test also (Switch to ffmpeg test) link at the top.
That part of the tester only tests server modules.

This depends on many factors, first : what version of ffmpeg you have installed?
