hi, if you are not signed in, the views does not increase, how can we make the views increase whether you are signed in or not as some might just visit the website and watch a video without signing up. thanks.

The views always increase, if you have the latest patch, there is still a problem with images, one I'm about to fix, but for videos, they do increase.
Just the visitors only see an html cached version of PHPVibe, and until cache is collected or expired the page remains static (nothing refreshes).
