I have installe Phpvibe Version 4, on a sub directory, the installation was successfull, but when I click to sign in nothing happend.

Hi,

you need to follow these procedures explained in the documentation, change rewrite base from to /your-folder-name in the main .htaccess , then in admin add under Settings -> Permalinks the Base path name as your folder name.
