1. Some video files can't be upload. During attempts to upload a video file nothing happens

2. After uploading the video file can not be played back on. Then appear two types of errors, depending on the file: "Error loading media: File could not be played". and "Error loading player: No playable sources found"

Do you use ffmpeg? If so, is it properly configured, is it new, does it work when using the tester?
