I'm having problem to reach you servers since yesterday. I can't validate the KEY.

Problems goes and come randomly. I checked my side and everything seems ok.

Seems to be a load problem or routing problem on your side. I can process correctly 20/30 requests then it just hang waiting for an answer from your server.

could you please send me the exact curl command you are running to check the key? so i can debug de problem.

Hi, sorry but I don't really know anything about this (and no access to the work server).
I've runned a force validate from my side (personal server) and the response came ok (valid).

The issue went away around 12 hours after I posted. It seems the server was overloaded.

The issue is now happening way more often than before. Please upgrade the server when you can or maybe put some grace period so the key doesn't need to be checked every time we load a page in the admin?

Hi, the key is checked once per 14 days, not every time.
What version you use? Seems there is a problem in there.

Unfortunately had to be around until I can find somebody to handle this, or idk, change the business model since Alex is fed up of support, and he's right, devs should code, but in here you get no time to code.
