hello. i install fresh v4. but the problem now

when i try to edit video, change the embed video and  save. there go to page "ERROR 404"

how to fix it?

OK now problem, when i try change new iframe code embed and save, page go to 404 error. this PHP 4.0 v15

It seems to me like you have massive server setup (modules) error/conflicts in there, but I don't see anything related to code.
Do you have mod_security?

Yes. Have mod_security and already disable

I would suggest doing an modules cleanup, since they will use up your server's memory. Then check again mod_security to be disabled.
