Hey Mario....i want to increase the size of every icon in phone view...they appeared to be very small,even google pagespeed insight told me the same problem. Also, i want to keep a good visible distance between the icons.They not only give a very unprofessional look, but tapping or navigating with them is very hard.
Three icons/logos
One which shows the sidebar in phone, the logo, the user avatar.

Sorry, tough you refereed to the icons, I guess you refer to the thumbnails?

For the thumb sizes, you just have to edit the_nav function in lib/functions.php

Did you right click and inspect them, that's also css just the rules in responsive touch it.
There is no mobile version, is the same template, just modified/touched by the rules in responsive.css

Hey Mario...as i keep telling you why i don't mess with the codes, just now as you asked me to resize the thumbnails...from 23,23 to what suits me....as i finished changing the numbers, my website went down and instead of showing any type of error on the line which i edited, it showed me error on line 1239....at first i was like.... :rolleyes:....what the f*** just happened........but thanks to my host, in last 7 months they have learned the ways, how to deal with me......and even without asking me.....they updated/brought my site live with the latest backup......see, this is why i never touch the codes.... .

You use notepad++ and an ftp manager...not brain surgery!

The margins are css, you can see the styles and the files in the screens and using the technique i've showed you.
