I seem to have a problem with my setup, any uploaded video > 30 seconds long don't seem to be added to the site, they are converted fine and the thumbs are extracted (but no run time) and the video shows as 'being processed'.
I assume this is something to do with PHP timing out while waiting for ffmpeg to convert the video but I have changed all appropriate settings in php.ini

It seems to be a problem with ffmpeg not converting some avi files.
Going to try and recompile it
