if I add a new channel:

This new channel i can see on manage channel,
but
i can't select this new channel on "ADD MEDIA"
i can't select this new channel on "VIDEO IMPORTERS"
i don't see on frontend site channel list

Above problems disappear if:
I click once on settings/configuration "UPDATE SETTINGS" everything will be ok!

what i need to do?

No new error in error log

Hi. Clear clear cache after channel creation and see so that the channel list is not cached.
