Is that video converted correctly? Mobile devices cannot play every type of video (doesn't matter if it's mp4)

Container format: MP4, headers at the beginning of the file (for seeking)
Video format: H.264, Main profile, 640×360 pixels, around 500/900 kbps (kilobits per second)
Audio format: AAC, Low Complexity profile, 44.1 kHz stereo, 96 kbps

This video use remote link with .mp4 format.

But from phpsugar video scripts use jwplayer. That not problem with mobile.

Mybe that problem with your mobile player??

It's the latest version of JwPlayer, it's not "our player".
Do you have php hide path active in "Players config"? Try to set it off and clear cache in script from Tools.

i already try use youtube links.

when i see in mobile. that not used jwplayer, but use youtube player.

JwPlayer has no mobile support for Youtube videos, in most devices it pushes to the native Youtube app.

i use JWPlayer pro ads. I use remote link m3u8 in pc and ios play OK but in android not play (error loading player: no playable sources found).

If remote link mp4 so ok in android
