[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] Solving the mySQL high load

When renting a server I see most don't know how to configure it, or don't give any interest into documenting it  :-[  but instead complain they have an bad load when they have so much machine power.


To know: You power is 0 if you services are not properly configured! And by default they are not.
