[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] Something wrong with Vietnamese langue

I see the function name nice_url in lib/functions.php.

It render nice with english, but with vietnamese it has a error.

ex : When title is : "Đào" => "djao"

But i want => "dao"

how does fix it?

Update:

I find a solution to solve this, it is remove "Serbian". But will it afftect to future versions?
