hi i just updated a few of the things in my server,

had to mess with the config files a bit to get the rest of my websites back online, my phpvibe website is the only one still offline

i got an error message in my log any ideas?
[Fri Jan 10 03:29:32 2014] [error] [client 141.101.99.133] script not found or unable to stat: /_cgi-bin
