Hi,
this depends on many factors.
Usually nobody can help if you give no details, what is your server (apache, nginx?) what is the PHP running as (PDO, suPHP, etc), what are the set limits (see the link Dean posted)?

If you search for bad response in the forum you will find 30-40 similar discussions.
