Hi,
that plugin is not updated for 4.0 since 4.0 is not released, just experimental.
But it should work same as in 3.6, it's explained in the .doc file in the plugin archive.

I bought this plugin as you said it was up to me to buy and asked if it would work for 4.0.

receiving the errors:

Vimeo API returned an error: Invalid consumer key
The consumer key passed was not valid.

Also, there is no option for uploaded by "user"

Hi, the error is from Vimeo, and it's very clear but I'm not sure how this adapts to 4.0 since it wasn't updated or checked yet.
