apache redirect to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Hi, after I installed my cpanel, I configured my easyapache4. When I try to enter the site, it redirects to defaultwebpage.. I put the phpvibe on my www/html folder.

On cpanel default folder to upload files is /home/user/public_html

You can find a lot of tutorials on cpanel and setting up the server and where and how to upload your website's files on google and youtube. There are literally thousands.
