Hello Mario, sorry for asking you here because i can`t create thread on V5 Forum

1.I have upgrade my site from the old version to version 5 edge, and found some trouble.

The mistake is when I upload the video, and the video has been finished to upload, then I click save button, it always redirect to http://site/login. It's mean always logout automatically. I don't found this problem when using version 4.

2. When user try register, it shown as blank page when click register button.

3. it shown the logo of my website is bad position. could you please chect it at my website ?

Could you please tell me what happened with my script/website?

Hi! I'm not sure from where that error is, you should go to phpmyadmin and navigate to vibe_videos and check that the "featured" field is default set to 0.
I don't see this error in v5. Actually the featured field was introduced since v3, and it wasn't touched since.
Maybe you've changed some mysql configs in the server to a something stricter? If so, try to reverse the config changes.

3. Your logo is very big for that space there. Either resize it via css, or resize your image before uploading (photoshop?), or recode that spot for the logo to be bigger (bad idea for mobile traffic).

i still confuse with my problem, it can`t be solved, i don`t make any change at sql server configuration.

Mario, do you offer server configuration ? this cause make me frustated..

Did you run /sqlupgrader.php first.. you need to run this first so it can add extra database Query



The upgrade is similar to v4's ones before.


The file in the zip pack /Upgrader/v4 to v5/sqlupgrader.php does all the job database wise.
Upload it to your root installation (near load.php) and open it in browser as www.yoursite.com/sqlupgrader.php  , wait for it to say the upgrade was done.


Now your PHPVibe v4 database was converted to v5.

You should contact your server administrator. I'm going to be away this Easter (until 4th of May).

anybody using mySQL server version 5.6 here for phpVIBE ? because if i`m using mySQL version 5.5 the problem solved.

Do you have an error_log copy? That would help see if there is anything triggering issues on 5.6

1. Articles & Pages -> New Category in admin menu.
2. That option doesn't exist. You'll have to code it yourself.

I have more question..

1. Is possible 'kick out' somebody in our follower or subscriber? Sometimes we got some haters from our follower.

2. I saw the bigger space when we visit somebody profile on his image collection. The space looked below the image and have space between image and border. You can see the attachment. It shown using mobile device.
