[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] Fresh install problem

I have install the script and when i make the settings nothing is saved , why is that ?
I try to edit the logo text and other settings .

nothing is saved from in the moderator panel or in the home page?

Does the database user has full permissions over the database?
Any errors?
