I can't upload logo image for my site..

i have also followed this instruction

and when up update it said " Logo upload failed. "

Is /uploads writable?
That message shows up when the image cannot be moved to /uploads folder.

yes. its 0777 same issue

Does it do this only for the logo? Or others to, like user avatars.

It does not work for avatar too.

You need to check your permissions, if you use suPHP the permissions need to be 0755, depending how the server setup is made. That logo uploader is the simplest php file upload possible.
